I would just like to tell you that it has been a tough road but I’m glad to be where I’m at now. While looking up another bible verse, something else popped out and it inspired me to write about Joy that comes in the morning.
While we are all trying to figure out our lives, we may not always see our greatness. Others may see our potential before we get the chance. Instead of telling us how awesome we are, they can try to harm our growth. When we serve God with all of our hearts, he will protect us from anyone or anything. You and I don’t have to live in fear or have low self-esteem. We can rejoice in knowing God will deliver us.
There are so many ways life could have turned out – including death. God will constantly pursue his children to have a life of abundance and fruit of the holy spirit. We are all bought with a price because we are valuable in the creator’s eyes. Joy comes to those who seek God’s love.
Now that I’m 26, I’m finally reaping the benefits of serving a faithful God. I have so much to be thankful for. The past did not break me, it only made a strong individual, and for that, I will forever be humble.
1 I will exalt You, Lord because You have lifted me up and have not allowed my enemies to triumph over me.
2 Lord my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me. [Pslam]
3 Lord, You brought me up from Sheol; You spared me from among those going down to the Pit.
4 Sing to the Lord, you His faithful ones, and praise His holy name.
5 For His anger lasts only a moment, but His favor, a lifetime. Weeping may spend the night, but there is joy in the morning. [Pslam]
