Tuesday Prayer 2/13/2017

God thank you for providing a life that I never thought I would have. Thank you for allowing things to come together in your time. Even if I don’t fully understand the plans you have over my life, I accept whatever path you want me to take

Sometimes I feel like giving up and throwing in the towel on my dreams. I know that you will always provide all of my needs, even if my wants are pushed the side. I pray that you continue to show me your grace and mercy during difficult times. If I ever feel my hope slipping, I pray that you pick me back up. Let me pursue excellence while also seeking the righteousness of heaven.

I want to serve you with a whole heart. Please see my soul and know that I am at least trying not to conform to this world. I want to see how much you value me through your eyes. I want to value others how you value them. Do not let my heart harden by the uncertainty of life.

Your kingdom comes, your will be done on earth how it is done in heaven.

In Jesus Name,

[Amen]

God is our refuge and strength,
a helper who is always found
in times of trouble.
Therefore we will not be afraid,
though the earth trembles
and the mountains topple
into the depths of the seas,
though its water roars and foams
and the mountains quake with its turmoil.Selah

Tuesday Prayer 2/6/2018

Hi, thanks for reading this weeks prayer. I hope this tool will help you with your walk with Jesus.

God,

Thank you for always providing everything I need and protecting me. Thank you for your everlasting grace and mercy. You’re an amazing father, and I humbly serve you.

This week I’m asking you to continue to be the leader in my life. Continue to show your love and mercy in all the decisions I choose. Please bless me with the abundance of great fruits of the spirit.

I pray that my family is healthy. Let nothing stop the plans you have for our lives.

Let all things work for the favor of your vision. If there is anything that is not of you in my life, I pray for the wisdom to remove the hindrance.

Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth how it is done in heaven.

For his anger lasts only a moment,
but his favor, a lifetime.
Weeping may stay overnight,
but there is joy in the morning.

Tuesday Prayer 1/30/2018

Hello everyone! This is the first Tuesday prayer. Thank you so much for being patient with me. I had doubts about the change but I’m so excited and blessed for your support.

Here is this week’s prayer. Hope you all have a blessed week!

God,

Thank you for allowing me to wake up this morning with Joy and peace. Thank you for revealing your love and grace to me. Thank you for being unconditional in your gratitude and nurture through this phase of my life.

I pray for the strength to live bold in faith and not by sight. As I transition to the next phase in my life, I pray that everything I do glorifies your holy name. Let my character and integrity continue to uphold the Christian standard. If there is anything I need to change – let it be done.

I pray to continue to develop the fruits of the holy spirit. Let me find my identity in Christ and not of this world. I want your light to shine in all areas of my life. I surrender everything so that you will have the final say so in all problems or fears I may have.

Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth how it is done in heaven. In Jesus name -Amen

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. The law is not against such things.

Galatians 5:22-23

Monday Prayer 1/22/2018

Hello everyone. I know I’m super early today. We are having 21 days of prayer at my church so I thought it would be a perfect hour to get everything out the way.

God,

Thank you giving your son to die on the cross for us. Thank you for leaving us the scripture so that we will have wisdom for the good and bad times in our life. And thank you for just allowing all things to work for the better.

I pray that you restore my strength. Let me become greater in your power. Allow me to live a life of excellence. I want to do what is right and live a life that is beautiful in your eyes. Please allow me to know it’s okay to love myself so that I can give to others.

If there is anything I need to work on to achieve my goals, let it be done. I want to be assured that everything is coming together and all I have to do is let the light of the lord shine.

You are great and worthy of all the praise. Thank you for accepting me as I am. You are worthy beyond measure.

Your kingdom come – your will be done – on earth – how it is done in heaven.

In Jesus Name

Amen

Journals 101

This blog started because I wanted to share my journals. I thought I would give a basic outline of my “personal books” in order inspire you all in your own journey.

I guess the first thing to cover is it’s purpose. It’s not always easy verbally expressing yourself or finding outlets. Writing doesn’t have to make perfect sense when it comes out. It’s more of organizing – then coming to a conclusion. Sometimes there is a half a page or 2, whatever it takes to process thoughts and make them complete.

I have 3 journals:

  1. Prayer Journal. It’s easy to forget request and become frustrated. To make sure I know the status of my prayers – I write them out. Most of the time it allows me to see that God is listening and working things out day by day. My prayer journal helps keep my faith strong.
  2. Thought Journal. This includes life events – joyful moments – insecurities. Writing out milestones in my life helps me keep track of time. You never know how slow (or fast) moments go until you check the dates again. Reading thoughts over also helps me think about what I can do next time something like this happens.
  3. Career / Professional Journal. Having this journal helps me keep my materialistic objectives together. Goals & business wishlist are all in this book. When ever I get an idea it’s best to just write everything down.

My first journal was just for my thoughts. Once I started maturing in my career and prayers – the other 2 followed. You can start off with which ever one you would like.

I try to journal at least 4 times a week. One thing I need to work on is making it an everyday habit. For now I’m just taking baby steps.

May he give you what your heart desires

and fulfill your whole purpose.

Psalm 20:4

Monday Prayer 1/15/2018

God thank you for giving me a good night sleep. Thank you allowing me to be productive last week. And thank you for giving me the resources to be my best self.

God please forgive me for not be grateful for the things I have in my life. Sometimes I take my blessings for granted. Know that even though I don’t see beauty all of the time – I still think you are amazing.

Please give me the perfect balance of caring for myself and other people. Let me be aware that the way I treat myself is reflection of God in my life. Give me the strength and wisdom to care of myself first. Please let me see myself the way you see me.

Thank you for giving your son to die on the cross for all of my sins. Even when I fall short of the glory – you always protect me. I love you so much.

Your Kingdom come – your will be done – on earth – how it is done in heaven.

In Jesus Name

Amen.

So God created man
    in his own image;
he created him in the image of God;
he created them male and female.

Genesis 1:27

Anything that I am in need of let it be fulfilled.

Your kingdom come your will be done on earth how it is done inn heaven.
